Hey all, since Valentine's Day is around the corner me and the girls wanted to do a dessert for you all that is super easy, simple, and delicious to make. I love the sweethearts candy but I was in the mood for some good ol cheesecake darlings. Me and my husband no longer go out for Valentine's Day because every where we go it is always sooooo crowded, 3 hour waits and 1 hour dine in. We have 3 kids so now we just stay home, make desserts, and a 3 course meal for the special day. I hope you all can find a different way to love this year and save some of your precious time.

Sometimes it can be quite challenging to make cheesecake but thanks to this recipe and these little molds it became a little easier.

Ingredients you need for 18-24 hearts:
(For the crust):
4 Whole Graham Crackers and 10 Vanilla Wafers pounded or grounded (however you like)
1/2 stick of melted butter

16 ounces of sour cream
1/4 cup of flour
16 ounces of cream cheese
1-1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract

2. Mix flour into the cream cheese/sugar mix.
3. Now let's stir by hand! Stir in lemon juice and vanilla and make sure it's mixed well. Now let's add the sour cream ya'll.
4. Add eggs one at a time , stirring by hand til each one is fully mixed.
EXTRA things you may have to purchase:

Heart Molds ( I got mine from Michaels).
***I am doing this at my own will because it is fun and delicious. I am not getting paid by companies from the products that are listed.***
