1 Nap Transition FAIL

How do you do transitions with a low sleep needs baby? it drives me absolutely insane. I wish Izzy was by the book, so we know exactly when shes supposed to be transitioning. She transitioned from 4 naps to 3 at 2 months old without a hiccup, and 3 naps to 2 naps at 4 months quite smoothly as well. Now at 7 months, we're thinking of doing 1 nap but its not working out very well because I cant get her TWT (total wake time) right.. Today will be a catch up on sleep day for us.

Our 2 nap schedule:
Wake up and Nurse
Solids
3.5 hour wake time
45 min nap
3 hour wake time
1.5-2 hour nap (Hopefully)
4-4.5 hour wake time
Bed , STTN

If i keep her up for 4.5 hours in the morning , she will have a 2 hour nap but will refuse the afternoon nap. Thats why i thought she might be ready for 1 nap. But i guess not. I will try again later !
