Tomato & Ricotta Cheese
Ingredients
- tomatoes
- Ricotta Cheese
- Poppy Seed Grain Toast

Healthy Breakfast Idea #2
Yogurt Parfait with a twist ;)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 table spoons organic peanut butter or almond butter ;)
- 1 table spoon honey
- almonds + strawberries or any other fruits you enjoy ;)

Healthy Breakfast Idea # 3
Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- ice cubes
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Healthy Breakfast Idea #4
Eggs + Veggies
- 2 eggs - scrambled
- handful of steamed veggies!
