1. Thin Tea 28 Day Detox Tea

* Although this product was sent to me for review I really tried to test it out so that you all could see the benefits of it, but the fact that there is barely ANY scientific research on detox teas speaks for itself. I don't completely feel that the tea is terrible, but I feel that caution should be used while using them. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and not rely totally on detox teas to change your body. I realized after filming that there are other things that I really would have liked to cover in the video so I will list them below.

- Every time I would search about the teas there would be a disclaimer that no scientific research had been done to prove the tea as a legitimate weight loss routine. Usually found at the bottom of the articles I saw.
- One of the biggest things that these teas do is cause you to use the bathroom more frequently, which means that the food your consuming is not allowed the proper amount of time to get through your body. All of the nutrients and benefits aren't being absorbed properly.
- So if FOOD isn't being absorbed, what can that mean for medications? IT MEANS THEY AREN"T WORKING PROPERLY. It is a FACT that if you are on medications (Example Birth Control Pills) you aren't fully absorbing the medication therefore your body isn't taking the pill properly because you are SHITTING it out! My cycles weren't regular while on this tea, and I am praying they go back to normal now that I have stopped.

This is all I have to say on this topic now, but as research is updated I will be sure to inform my subscribers as well!
