1. Curls- Super Set from 10 pounds to 5 pounds for final reps because my Arms weren't doing the form right. Good form will take you further than larger weight. KEY
2. Assisted Pull-up - TRY TO USE LEAST RESISTANCE TO BUILD UP
3. Superset Push Ups - Dropped to knees at the end to keep getting the reps.
4. Tricep Extensions - So hard for me to do these bent over to keep the right form, which is why I showed alternative ideas for this workout.
5. Skull Crushers
