This is my second rate copy of a design by Matteo Arfanotti - if you don't know of him go look him up! http://matteoarfanotti.com/
I realised after I removed it that I forgot to add paint drips and splatter for the blood effect! Oh well, still looks pretty cool. You could of course add some fake blood and scar wax for extra realism, but I thought it was a nice change to use only paint.

What's that running water sound?! It's the fish tank which is in the room I do my makeup in! I can't turn it off because it's bad for the poor fishies, it annoys me too!

I know I know - I need my roots done! Oh the shame!
