This workout occurred in a Hotel Gym over the Holiday’s. Sadly while I was in a city with tons of CrossFit gyms I wanted to visit but I was with family and there was only one car so it was going to be a difficult task. That of course didn’t stop me and so I worked out on my own. This is another quick under 10 minute workout that will get your heart rate up and you hitting several areas (upper and lower body workout). I managed to complete it at about 7 minutes, place your time in the comment section.
