A very short, quick video as I slowly lose my mind. Currently, I have been on hold for 1 hour, 37 minutes. I just want to update my phone number on file so I can confirm the delivery time! They said they left us a voicemail and we never got it. I hate being on hold, I really hate being on hold for a long time and I hate being ignored via email! So frustrated. Just gimme our fridge! And stove. And microwave. And dishwasher.
