I can't believe I finally bought a Vitamix , and I LOVE it so far. My biggest challenges with the Ninja was liquifying my greens and this does it in seconds!! It does serves as a food processor, juicer, ice-cream maker and smoothie maker!!

QUICK RECAP OF MY STORY:
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012. Due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 9 pounds within the first 2 weeks and a total of 13 pounds since eating like this with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain.

My meals are HCLF Vegan based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.
