This is a semi-quick run down of some of the most popular Highlight and Contour palettes on the market!

These are just my personal experiences and findings. I just want to reiterate that these are all great palettes and just because one might not be right for me, doesn't mean it might not be PERFECT for you! :D

Hopefully this makes some sense on what will work for! Especially before you fork out $25-$46!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit - $40

Avaliable in two different pre made kits as well as a build your own palette system on their website! The Light/Medium one isn't super Pale Girl Friendly.. But again, I am SUPER pale :) Great formula though!! I really want to try some of the other shades from the range!

Kat Von D Shade & Light Palette - $46

This palette would be FANTASTIC for professional makeup artists and medium skin tones. The palette is divided into a light section, a medium section and a dark section. Those falling under Light/Pale or Dark/Deep will have a hard time using every shade. BUT! Fantastic formula and they are BEAUTIFUL as eye shadows! I LOVE using this on lazy days for my contour and eye shadow. I only regularly use 1 contour shade and that is the only reason it doesn't work too well for me. Everyone I know loves it! I am not hating! I WISH it worked better for me! BOO.

Too Faced Cocoa Contour Chiseled To Perfection - $40

GREAT for beginners! A pale girl friendly matte highlight, a medium cocoa, a dark cocoa (BUT not super pale or super dark. They both fall under the medium tone in my personal opinion) and a shimmery Highlight. PLUS it smells amazing! If you aren't sure where to start.. I love this little guy! Plus you get a little bonus brush! Great for a soft contour look. :)

NYX Highlight and Contour Pro Palette - $25

My personal favorite! I am a huge fan of the NYX Blush in taupe to contour and love this formula. It blends really well for me. You get 8 shades in this pro palette and they JUST released new shades on the NYX website for only $5 each! I can't wait to try more of the shades they released. You get the most options in one palette for the lease amount of $$! Some people don't like this one, I feel like its love or EH. I personally LOVEEEE. Its a pale girls BFF. I am able to use the shimmery highlight, the matte highlight and multiple contour/bronze shades with my ghostly skintone. LOVE.
