ABOUT THIS MAKEUP LOOK↓
I had two makeup looks planned out for Siren; one was traditionally beautiful, which is often used to describe Siren; the other was Siren's darker side...and well, the darker the better, right (͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) So many people seem to interpret Siren as being a mermaid as well, so I wanted to go for something different...never mind the fact that Sirens aren't mermaids *cough*.
So I went for something that looked like pieces of construction paper were literally put on my face, along with some blood, since Sirens were known to kill...a lot. It's really unknown if they were actually cannibals, it's implied in some descriptions of Siren, but the overall description of Siren seems to vary. But I went the cannibal route of course :)
I mainly got the idea of this look from this quote: "The siren sings so sweetly that she lulls the mariners to sleep; then she climbs upon the ships and kills the sleeping mariners."
I'm a bit unhappy with this look however. I think I needed to add more black around the blood and contour with red instead, and add more red to the face overall. I don't have time to redo it again though, so this will be the official look for now. I'll redo it whenever I get an opportunity...

Coming up next is Hel from Norse mythology. It's going to be a pretty labor-intensive look! I'm macking the background for it and the chainmail right now so it'll be a few weeks before it's up x_x But should be eons better.
Also, if you have any suggestions on mythology makeup looks I should do, let me know! I have 11 planned out so far.
