I can't believe it has been 4 months since i dedicated my life towards a plant based vegan diet! During these months, i have learned a lot about my body and how it responses to different foods. I recently learned about the importance of food combining and how it contributes to gas, bloating and maintaining a flat stomach! In this video i also share a mini spring/ summer makeup haul from wet n wild.

QUICK RECAP OF MY STORY:
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012. Due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 9 pounds within the first 2 weeks and a total of 13 pounds since eating like this with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain. Since learning and experiencing this way of life, I have decided to eat what is right for me, a combination of plant based HCLF, Starch Solution, Raw Til 4 and Vegan eats= Happy Body and Belly
My meals are vegan based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I now add coconut oil to my foods (like fries and popcorn) maybe 2x a week. Sometimes i eat out, vegan options of course. I eat until I am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.
