Just Incase you wondered:

Coffee that hasn’t been used will be more potent and will give you more results.

Diet and Exercise are just as important. This isn’t something where you can use it and not keep a clean diet and not exercise. Consistency is key too!

I do have workouts that I used to get rid of cellulite, Check out my Fitness and health playlist (On my main channel page)

I eyeball everything and don’t have specific measurements. Just do what feels good to you!

I do this 2-3 times a month during spring/summer

Coffee (No specific kind, just coffee) - K-Cup
Olive Oil (Cold Pressed) - Sams Club
Coconut Oil (Cold Pressed) - From Whole Foods
Mixing tools (Preferably glass/plastic) - Metal causes a reaction to certain products making it ineffective.
