I "eyeballed" this third eye after the positive response I got from my original third eye look on Instagram! This one is a little different but I used the same technique as I did originally. It's not really a tutorial as there are too many steps to properly explain. It's basically just painting on your forehead. It helps if you look at a reference where it's your own eye or a photo and try to replicate all the shadows, highlights and details you can see. I hope you enjoyed!
