Here's version 2 of my homemade eyeliner pencil series. This version is easier as it uses a pre-made base. It also shows a different way of getting the product into the empty pencil. Wax by nature is water proof and resistant depending on percentage. Smudge-proofing requires a little bit more to the ingredient by adding silicones and alcohols. Also, I have decided to make a 2-toned blue eyeliner with metallic flecks and a gloss finish. Enjoy!
