CHICKPEA RECIPE
I have a few faves, so I'll link them below! You can use whatever spices you like, I often use a cajun spice blend from a white fish recipe actually :)

EXERCISES
1. BURPEES (30 seconds) - You can also make it easier by not jumping in between each one
2. SQUATS (1 minute) - Remember to sit BACK (make sure your knees don't pass your toes) and try and make your thighs parallel with the ground. You kind of want to feel like you're sitting in a chair
3. Push-ups (1 minute) - I totally put a towel under my knees and do that because I get better form that way :P
4. WALL PUSH-UPS (30 seconds) - Make sure you're not throwing your shoulders forward (you want your shoulders to be at your normal position and rest your fingers tips against the wall so you don't move past that point)
5. ARM CIRCLES (1 minute)
6. LUNGES (1 minute) - Do this in the mirror first - you might need to step farther out than you think you need to.
7. PLANK (1 minute) - Again, might be easier to do in the mirror to make sure your body is parallel to the floor
8. BURPEES (30 seconds)
