Tortellini soup recipe:

Simmer for 30 mins: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup white wine, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. basil, 2 cans Italian Stewed tomatoes, 1 cup carrots (chopped or sliced thinly), 1 8oz can tomato sauce, 3 cups chicken broth (approx. 2 cans)

Add & simmer for another 30 mins: 2 zucchini (sliced), 8 oz tortellini, 2 tbsp. parsley, 1 more can of chicken broth

While soup is simmering, make tortellini and brown 1 lb. HOT sausage, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 small onion. Add both to the main pot during the last 10 - 15 mins.
