I wanted to put this video out there because I have mentioned filming a body image video a few times and there has been some interest. This video was very hard for me to film and I had to film it 5 times on 5 different days. Lately I've really been struggling with my body image and I wanted to be honest and share some of my issues and why I'm making changes and try to reset my mind and thoughts as I make healthier choices. I've taken steps to love the body I'm in currently as I make better choices by posting more outfit of the days. You can read more about my thoughts on my blog here:
