I typically work out at night at the gym in my condo for about 1 hour and 30 minutes with NO BREAKS. Prior to working out I do some stretching. I mostly do cardio. I walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes then run for 30 minutes consistently. Afterward I bike on level 6 consistently for 20 minutes. Following that I do the stairmaster consistently for 15 minutes. Following that I do light weights for another 15 minutes. Aside from doing this I also do yoga for flexibility which will be included in a part two.
