I buy banana all the time and they usually come in bundles of 3 or more. Since I am a part of a small busy family I sometimes don't have an opportunity to eat all of the food I buy! This is a great way to use the banana that get TOO ripe before you have to throw them out!

COOK TIME 10-12 mins (or until brown)
What you will need:
PRE HEAT OVER 350 degrees
Courage in the Kitchen Apron

Large Bowl
*1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup of brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 slash of vanilla extract
1 handful of nuts (your choice)
Cooking Spray
Small bread pans
