My meals are based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.

My meals are based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.
2-3 times a week, I do some strengthening exercise to stabilize my core and my knees.
I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks eating like this. I have lost more weigh since then, but I will share that in my Month 2 update on 23 March 15.
