I want to apologize for this tutorial...it turned out to be a fail..i kept changing my mind on the design throughout the process so in some photos my nails look different from other photos. i tried to explain it as best as i could through all my mess ups..sorry its not a more detailed video..if you have any questions please ask...also i forgot to mention that when i finished painting i applied 1mm clear and baby blue rhinestones around Mickey and also clear and red 1mm rhinestones around Minnie
