Q: Can I do this on my short nails?
A: I don't think so. This is a design for nails that are at least medium in length if not long. If you still really want to do this design, here is an idea- instead of doing a French Tip, divide the nail diagonally in two halves. Leave one half blank. On the other half apply the silver glitter polish! Continue on that bit like I have done on this Abstract French Tip Nail Art look!

Q: How do I draw such tiny spirals neatly? My color just gets really thick and sloppy and I can never draw tiny designs like these on my nails!
A:Let me guess... you are using nail polish and/or a brush that is not 0000 in size!
Or, your acrylic paint is just silly, your brush is broken and needs to be changed.

Q: Can you suggest some other colors for this look?
A: Honesty, Any color would work with this design. If you want to do a look like this with non-glitter polish, that should work just fine too. Just make sure that the colors black and white should be changed as well, like for instance if the base color is very light, you may not be able to use white. Or if the base color you select is too dark, black may need to be changed in that case.

Q: Who do I have to use a base coat at all?
A: It makes the nail surface very smooth. Also, it will protect the nails from the nail polish. Most nail base coats have some calcium in them. That way the nails remain strong, and the base coat ingredients can also prevent nails from drying even if you keep the polish on for a long time.
