instructions for baked potatoes:
1. pierce each potato multiple times with a fork.
2. drizzle olive oil on all the potatoes.
3. sprinkle garlic powder and chili powder on both sides of the potato.
4. bake in the oven until potatoes are brown (at 400 degrees).
5. slice each potato down the middle.
6. add vegan butter, vegan sour cream and chives.
7. season with black pepper and salt if needed.
