1) we get vitamins and minerals from fruits and veggies
2) fruits and some veggies can keep us regular if you know what I mean hehe
3) they are a natural detox so forget about those teas!!
4) They keep you feeling FULL longer!! very important that means you will feel satisfied and less likely to binge on snacks!

1) keeps you hydrated and good for overall body health
2) keep you FULL I drink a big glass of water with every meal
3) flushes out water weight!! No more bloated tummys !
