Truth is as i mention in this video i use both. BUT if i could only use one? I'd use the disposable sponge. They're cheap. They can be washed and used again and again and again. They give the skin a beautiful finish and best of all, they're cheap (did i mention cheap?!)

Anyone else still using triangle disposable sponges? Let me know in the comments section :)
