How do you know your CPM (cost per thousand views)?
It depends on who you are signed with and when you signed. It can vary. We used to have 'fixed CPMs which meant that your CPM would stay the same, but now YouTube switched to a revenue share, which means your CPM fluctuates.
How do you figure out how much you are making if you DO know your CPM?
Take the total number of views you are getting that month, divide it by 1,000 and then multiply that by your CPM. Total Monthly Views / 1,000 x CPM = Monthly Earnings
