I know all of us have a sweet tooth, even if you don't like to admit it. Here I show you my first baking video! How to make chocolate chip cookies, the healthier way!

Ingredients:
●1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour
● 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
● 1/8 Cup Neutral Oil such as Canola or Sunflower Oil (Increase to 1/4 Cup if Using Granulated Sweetener)
● 1/4 Cup Sweetening Syrup, such as Davinci's (OR 1/2 Cup Granulated Sweetener like Splenda)
● 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
● 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
● 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Other Nuts (Optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk add all ingredients BUT the chocolate chips and walnuts (optional).
4. Gently fold the chocolate chips and walnuts (if using) into the dough.
5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and form the shape of cookie you desire.
6. Bake the cookies for 8-11 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
7. ENJOY!
