DRINK WATER
Biotin
Alfaparf Milano SemiD'lino Nutritive Line
Use a wide tooth comb to untangle your hair
Do not detangle your hair when it's wet
Use a hydrating mask once a week
Wash your hair 1-2x's a week (for real, it will preserve your color!)
Use heat products as infrequently as you can

*Forgot to mention, you do not have to shampoo your hair every time you wash your hair! If you feel it's clean enough and are ok with just conditioning your hair or using a mask, don't use shampoo! It's healthier for your scalp
