Salmon in a dill creme sauce has been my favorite meal for YEARS! I hope you try it it's super fun cooking with wine and making sauces from scratch! This video had to be shot twice since the last segment never got recorded!! So the last shot is a bit more "crispy" than the first (rushing) but no matter it was still incredible. I'm one of those people who would rather have food a little over done than undercooked anyway. #safetyfirst
