Okay guys, I’ve recently gained about 13 of the 140lbs I lost! How? Girl, eating everything and not being as active. Literally, I’ve been living at chick-fila lately and with my super busy schedule, its just been hard! I’m back though! Today was cardio day and I decided to do video of me working out. I worked out for about a hour. Y’all, I’m so out of shape. I use to be a runner. Now I’m tired after a little jog and can;t even do a full squat lol
