Hey Briar Patch Kids! Today I bring you a Trader Joe's Haul, and the first video in my new #FitnessFriday series! I wanted to start this series, not only because I am trying new stuff all the time when it comes to fitness, but I feel that beauty comes from within and it is really important to be healthy and happy, and that's what makes us all beautiful! So for today's video I am doing a trader Joes haul because food is everything for me and I think this would be a good start off point for this series.
