Hey Guys, Im 30 weeks (7 months) pregnant and trying to eat plant based vegan but my body or baby Zari is NOT having it! It makes me vomit and sick, but i have no idea why.

PRIOR Vegan DETAILS:
7 months prior to being pregnant, I ate a full plant based vegan diet to "cure" my chronic illness. Eventually my cravings and baby's requests for food literally took over my body! I need help because my illness has creeped back and the pain is unbearable at time. I worry about me taking care of myself and my baby.
