GNbL- Rain Drip Drop Nail Art

This nail art inspired by the dripping drops of rain we all watch rolling down windows when we were kids, is super adorable and so easy to do. Nothing a good mattifying top coat can't handle! Rain drip drop nail art can be done as I have in the video or you can use clear nail gel or even clear acrylic to create the drops. Using those as opposed to a clear top coat will give it a raised "bumpy" feel and will make it look a little more 3D. How else do you all use matte topcoat? Leave your comments below!
