Recipe for meatballs -
1 lb. Ground turkey
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. shredded parmesan
1 egg
Combine ingredients and make mini meatballs. Cook on greased baking sheet at 350 for 15 minutes.
Making your soup -
chop 4 carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 yellow onion
6 or 7 baby portabella mushrooms
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. each fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh sage finely chopped

Stir herbs into celery, carrot, onion mixture in pan. Add meatballs when they're done cooking. Add 2 cartons of low sodium chicken broth.
Simmer. Before serving, add fresh spinach (if desired) and 1 c. uncooked tiny pasta (ditalinie) and cook till tender. Bon Apetit!
