Cetera helped me show how to make sure you are cleaning your hair properly (removing everything that needs to be removed), and how to condition, so that your hair's natural moisture is returned and kept in your hair! How often should you wash your hair? Depend on your hair and the climate you are in, and what you did that day! Best advice is, generally you don't need to wash every day. If your hair is drying out-try every other day! If it's really long, or curly, most definitely skip a day or two in between. Use a conditoner that is appropriate to your hair type as well.
