RECIPE:
1 Avocado (mashed)
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Honey

Mix ingredients until a creamy paste. Apply to hair and leave on for 20 minutes. Wear a plastic cap to lock in heat and improve deep conditioning.
