Hey guys I hope you enjoyed this recipe and try it out!!!
INGREDIENTS:
♡ 6 ripe bananas
♡ 4 eggs
♡ 1 cup sugar & 20 drops of stevia (depending on how sweet you want it)
♡ 1 cup chopped walnuts
♡ 2 tsp baking soda
♡ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
♡ 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
♡ 1/2 cup coconut milk
♡ 7 oz. mini chocolate chips
♡ 4 oz. softened butter + 2 tbsp coconut oil
Mash bananas until slightly lumpy then combine all wet ingredients.
Sift flour, baking soda & cinnamon into bowl little by little, stirring continuously.
Add chocolate chips & walnuts.
Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
Make sure to check on muffins!
Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle of muffins comes out clean!
Let muffins cool down then enjoy!
Makes 24-30 muffins
