Recently I have been enjoying creating delicious and healthy dishes and I wanted to share this recipe with you! It is super easy and very delicious!

INGREDIENTS:
♡4 cups broccoli
♡1 pound ground turkey
♡4 cups chopped carrots
♡1 bell pepper finely chopped
♡1 1/2 cup chicken stock
♡1 1/2 cup brown rice (add more rice if you like)
♡Chili powder
♡Bragg liquid aminos
♡Mrs. Dash seasoning (salt free)
♡Black pepper
♡Dash of salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :
•Add 1 TBSP Coconut oil (or any oil you desire) to a large wok and turn the burner on medium high
•Brown turkey in a pan, add spices and leave on medium low for 5 mins.
•Add veggies, chicken stock and rice
•Cover wok and turn burner off, letting the flavors soak in.
•Enjoy!
