Hey everyone i decided to finally upload this video bare in mind my eating habits were poor before so there was no point in me filming this video until i was on a healthy balanced diet. Ive been the same weight for over 5 years now and i have to say eating healthier i have been looking a hell of a lot slimmer and less bloated looking.
