2. Truvia
3. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey (I used Vanilla Icecream Flavor but you can substitute whatever you would like)
4. Half & Half
5. Iced Coffee (I made mine but you can purchase this as well)
6. Chocolate/Whipped Topping (for looks :p )
7. Jar/Glass for drinking
8. Blender

I used a lot of these ingredients for looks/taste (Truvia/Half & Half, Chocolate). I like to drink my protein within 30 min of leaving the gym and I DO NOT Sub the drink as any of my main meals of the day. This is the best protein I have tasted so far, but I also do not make this drink everyday because normally I am short on time. Once in awhile I like to though. The total cal. for me is about 200 on this drink (realize this depends on what you put in the drink. Make it to your liking!
