Breakfast #1
Mix almonds(40g) with water(350ml) to create that almond milk, then boil that almond milk for 15 minutes,add the agar powder(5g) and mix the composition for 10 minutes. Mix cashew(40g) with dried cranberries(70g) and add the composition in the almond milk+agar powder. I also added some coconut flakes. You can use some blackberries and then let the composition in the fridge for 1 hour.
Breakfast #2
Apples + raw peanuts + raisins + coconut flakes
Lunch #1
Boil the dark wild rice(80g) for 40 minutes. For the eggplant, bake it with some oregano and add some egg white.
Lunch #2
Salmon (200g) + avocado + oregano + chia seeds, then bake the composition. I like to eat this with some salad.
