DIY Popsicle + Smoothie Recipe
I use this Blendtec blender: http://goo.gl/a45cgP
1/3 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup greek yogurt
Blend until a smooth consistency.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid or pour into a cup and enjoy as a smoothie.
Great for everyone adults and toddlers!
