How to Motivate Yourself to Workout
Motivation for Workouts-please remember, motivation is self taught. no one can make you do anything. These are some tips I follow when I need to drag my butt out of bed to go to swim workouts. Sometimes I want to sleep in but I know that will not get me to where I need to go.
when working out, do something you enjoy. If you love to run then run. If start working out and you hate the workout, try something else. You will not be motivated to do it if you don't like it. Remember, dry land workouts are not the only workouts!:) I hate running, so I with those:)
