When living with multiple allergies things like flying can bring on anxiety attacks. I wanted to give you some tips to save money, be prepared and take some of the stress off.

Research where you are going.
You don't need a passport if traveling in the US.
Don't drink water and avoid drinking ice if possible.

Give yourself atleast two hours to get where you are going for inspection, customs, check in etc.

Try to plan out what you want to do ahead of time if possible.

Bring off or other bug repellant sunscreen and lotion. (these should all be in your luggage unless smaller than . 3fl oz)

Ladies being those sanitary napkins and tampons whatever you prefer if its that time of the month or about to be.

You can bring food on the plane make sure you avoid aluminum foil because it will be scanned in your carry on. I would say to avoid peanuts and shrimp and fish in general due to courtesy as well as those that may get anaphylaxis just by the smell.

You cannot bring your own liquid but you can bring an empty bottle to fill up.

You can bring a small cooler in most cases.
Make at home snacks like chips, pita chips, plantain potatoes etc.
Also you can make soup if you ask for hot water or pasta. Another great thing are sandwiches or yogurt. I had a snack bag that had an ice pack built in which last up to 12 hours and that held 6 chicken salad wraps.

Be sure to bring any medicines with you as well as first aid kit and contacts or spare glasses even a sewing out because you just never know and the goal here is to not have to buy of it is not necessary
