Hi Everyone! *Don't forget to watch in HD!*
Hope you all are well :)
Today I'm here with my very first...first impressions video haha! As you know I don't do live tutorials. I record the video and then add in a voiceover later on so I'm not really sure how this first impressions video is going to go down haha. I filmed my first impressions on a blush a day and then pieced the video together. The format is a little different to other YouTubers but I'm still giving my initial thoughts so hopefully you found the video ok :D If you liked this style of video please let me know or if you didn't, any feedback is appreciated!
I recently received some Urban Decay products and I was intrigued by these blushes the most, hence why the wound up in a video haha!
To recap, the Urban Decay AfterGlow 8 Hour Powder Blushes are highly pigmented, but if used with a light hand will give a sheer wash of colour to the cheeks. The blushes are very finally milled so ensure to tap your brush in the blush to avoid scattering excess product everywhere. I own the blushes Bittersweet, Crush and Score and all blushes blend very well into the skin. Aside from the performance of the blushes the packaging they are encased in is beautiful. I adore the sleek gunmetal casing with the fishnet design behind the 'UD' logo. Like I said in the video, the only downside to the packaging is how easily it gets dirty but for how beautiful the blushes are....I can look past that! The blushes retail for €28 which is more than I would spend on a blush (€20 would be my limit) but so far I'm extremely impressed with them. Based on the quality and lasting power of these blushes so far, I can definitely see myself picking up a couple more from the range! If you have any suggestions, let me know! :)
Next Fridays video will be on my favourite eyeshadow brushes and their uses so stay tuned for that :D
