Energy Ball Recipe:
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup CREAMY Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (I use Enjoy Life Brand)
1/3 Cup Honey
Mix everything together in a bowl and then put in the fridge for 30 minutes. When chilled, make little balls and keep refrigerated.
Individual:
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 TBSP Honey
1/2 TBSP Chocolate Chips
1/2 TBSP Unsweetened Coconut
1/2 TBSP Peanut Butter
