Hi! so episode 3 of my fitness series is all about 3 tips to get a flat stomach. A flatter stomach was my main concern and main reason for going on a diet in the first place. I always felt like no matter what exercises I did I just couldn't get rid of stomach fat. In this video I share the 3 most important things that worked for me (obviously everyone is different this is my experience). I didn't mention it in this video because I did in my other two but I do count calories. Smaller portions is important but I do count those portions at the end of the day! just fyi :)
