I have this in Blue
It's pretty bold and fabulous, I have to say. My friend got the blue for me as a gift and we were both expecting a sheer blue gloss to come out of it, but BAM! This stuff is pigmented to the max! My lips were really friggin blue! I fell in love immediately. Wears comfortably, isn't too thick, and is just straight up fun. Pretty expensive, however. Though, I'm Wet N Wild lady, so I shouldn't say much. ;)
I have Fairly light, Warm, and the mineral veil. Fairly light is pretty good, though I notice that it doesn't necessarily cover my red blotches (when I break out, it's pretty serious), but I wouldn't switch brands. And I might even need to get matched with a new shade. Warm, however, delights me. I love giving myself a sun-kissed look in winter with warm on my T-zone and on my cheeks. I never remember to use the mineral veil, but when I have, it has never added or taken away my make-up, so I'm assuming it's a good product. :)
Well...
I bought Techno (the purple- looked FAB in the stick), and it didn't really come out like I had hoped it would. It IS nice and creamy, though you have to layer it on to get a nice pigment. While everyone is complaining that it creases (unless you seriously doctor it up), it DOES crease, but that doesn't mean you can't use it for an awesome pop in color. Highlighting the brow, some lower lash color, and inner corner of the eye accents are where these products should stay. Would I recommend them? Nah. But for a dollar? I'm not too sad that I have it in my make-up collection.
mmHM!
I've never been a huge lip stick fan (due to worrying about eating/drinking/lipstick on teeth, etc.) but I'm in love with these! 552A is a faaabulous red, I think it would look great on any skin tone. 511B is a very creamy pink- it's not as bright as one would think, but I super love it! 521A is a reeally fun color (magenta-y pinkish shimmer) and I also love 505A (lighter shimmer pinkish). Easy to apply, NO terrible smells (I promise), and overall I just super love the quality (for a dollar!!).
Run Away!
Put your six dollars towards a better quality product that gives you more! At first I was all enchanted by the magical blending-to-your-skin-color powers this seemed to have, but it ended up just being pretty streaky and rubbing off. I've tried to use it four times since I bought it and I really wish that I had saved my money. Streaky and drying. I'm pretty bummed, Wild.
Yes Ma'am!
For a buck, these are fabulous. I think I own almost every color now and I mainly use them to amp up my brows (yeah, even the greens and blues!) Some of the colors are creamier than others. But I take a lighter to the pencil and then it goes on just fine (please let the liner cool before putting the melted liner on your face!!!). Like I said, for a dollar you really can't beat the color variety and what they do. These liners are certainly better than some of the higher end liners that I've tried before!
So-So
I was SO excited about the green trio (not posted)- the lime green "lid" shade was SO bright and awesome! I went back to CVS to grab the Going Retro (not posted, metallic-y pink/Blue/shimmer white) trio and was soooo bummed by the lack of pigment in the pink and the white was pretty clumpy. Overall I have to say that I do love Wet N Wild, but I guess sometimes you get something that is a little 'eh'.
