Good matte bronzer.
I bought this a few weeks ago and started using it for my contour. I really like it. It's a good matte bronzer to have on hand but I don't really care for the smell. I know it's supposed to smell like chocolate but it doesn't to me. I will continue to use it though cause I love it so much. The regular chocolate one is perfect for me to contour with because I'm not terribly fair where it looks muddy on me. The color is nice its not orange and doesn't get that muddy look like I said. Overall I'd say this is worth the money!
So impressed!
I first received the black liner with my return of the sexy palette and loved it so much I bought perfect espresso. I love them both and want more colors. They are so creamy and pigmented you only need a small amount and you could use the smudger on the opposite end to drag the color. No tugging on your eyes and stays for hours and is extremely waterproof. I love how dark perfect espresso is too. It's not too light of a brown that its not noticeable. This liner really is the most perfect one I've ever used.
LOVE!
I bought this product after purchasing my UD Naked Palette and I have to say I like this one better. The colors go so well together for a completely matte eye or a mixture of both. I have depotted mine and put it in my zpalette but I still use at least one shade from it every day. The pigmentation is phenomenal and the shades are right up my alley. It's a great neutral palette and is an alternative to the naked palette if you're looking for something cheaper but very high quality.
I own 4 and love them!
I own Amber Rush, Iced Latte, Bronzed Taupe and Blinged and Brilliant from the Holiday Collection and they are amazing. Amber Rush is a gorgeous rose-gold color and Bronzed Taupe goes with all of them perfectly as a crease color. Blinged and Brilliant reminds me a lot of Stila's Kitten but I love the formulation of these so much more than a regular eyeshadow. They blend flawlessly and have a ton of shine and shimmer which I love. The best part is they're drugstore and can often be found on deals in Rite Aids or CVS's and any other drugstore around. Totally worth checking out!
Amazing product.
I used to only use nude colored primers for my eyes, but since I got Urban Decay's Primer Potion in Sin I've been on the hunt for champagney-pink colored cream shadow and my search ended when I found this product. It's perfect for under any eyeshadow color and can be used alone as well. This is definitely worth the money and I would like some more! The color R.S.V.P. is the perfect neutral, shimmery base and I love it even more than my paint pots from MAC.
Kind of a waste...
I bought this palette in the middle of the summer and couldn't wait to use it. The only problem is that the brown side is really the only one I'm comfortable wearing in the daytime. The pigmentation and color payoff of the shadows is great, and the eyeliner that came with it was so awesome I bought it in brown as well. For me though, this palette was not worth the money I paid for it. I honestly used it once or twice, and it's been sitting around in my collection since July. I have a ton of makeup and was hoping this could serve as a go-to, but I just didn't fall in love with it the way I wanted too. Maybe now towards the holidays I'll use it more, but if you have a ton of makeup already I would pass on this.
LOVE!
I picked this up the other day and couldn't wait to use it. I'm not afraid to use more dramatic shades during the daytime and these shades are absolutely perfect. The pigmentation is great, and I used the shimmery gold color wet, and the middle golden black color in my crease with the emerald color in my outer crease/corer. It looks beautiful with black liner, just like the article said, and I used the Smashbox cream liner in midnight black. You can't beat the price point and it's just great for the fall in general.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I picked this liner up almost a year ago, and fell in love immediately. The colors are so pigmented and smooth that I rarely use pencil or liquid liner anymore. These are so easy to work with and the brush that comes with it is great too. My favorite is Espresso, which is a extremely dark brown. I have all of the other colors as well, there are 6 in total. They are just fantastic and I see no need to purchase a Bobbi Brown or Mac gel liner because these are so good.
Love at first glance...
I picked three of these up in Too Cool, Bad to the Bronze and Tough as Taupe. I love them, but the colors to me are not very versatile. People have been saying that they are better than paint pots and have longer staying power. I do not think they are necessarily better than paint pots, but some may like them because paint pots do not come in this assortment of color, only in limited edition collections. These have not replaced my use of paint pots because most of the time I am just looking for a neutral base to keep my shadows in place. They are great quality though and did not crease on my very oily eye lids.
I hate to be the only one to say this...but i don't like this foundation as much as i wanted to. I first got the wrong color, and then got the right one but I do not like how it has a yellow undertone to it. granted this fades as i blend it in, but i still do not like it. another thing i don't like is the smell. most foundations don't have a scent, and if they do i generally don't mind it, but to me, this smells horrible. I have terribly oily skin and i set this with powder but 2 or 3 hours later i'm a grease ball. and the last thing...it's made me break out. after only 2 full days of wear, my chin is a mess with breakouts. i have not changed anything in my skin care routine and makeup routine except this foundation, and it just does not like me. oh well...it was worth a shot and i'm totally jealous of everyone who is having such great experiences with this foundation!
